Special Recognition/Promotion/Presentation is provided as a New Member, Once a Year in Website Monthly Newsletter and at a Networking Event
Awards are made to "Business of the Month" for contributions made to the TTCC and Community. Member products/services are listed in our business directory and business location mapping in published/on-line media.
The Committee also supports frequent member out reach via social media and folllow-up to any member feedback to assure membership satisfaction.
TTCC has launched a fund raiser effort as part of its membership drive for the Boonton Kiwanis First Aid Squad (http://bkfas.org). To support their financial needs (See "Home" page for KFAS Letter), the TTCC WILL DONATE A PORTION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP DUES TO THE KFAS. This serves to enhance the TTCC'S ability to service your interests and the important job the Kiwanis Squad does for all three communities.
Membership Benefits and Services
Advocacy: Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce is a powerful and effective voice for its membership, operated by professional volunteers and community leaders for the benefit of advancing the business, volunteer, and residential concerns of its community. We support community issues that effect our quality of life.
Relationships/Cooperatives: The Chamber initiates long-term member relationships and friendships with fellow business leaders to network opportunities, share lessons learned, and cooperative legal/accounting/marketing/purchasing/financing/recruiting functions.
Direct Referrals: All visitors and callers provided with information about our Chamber members and direct referrals. Our active website, communication outreach, event displays and distributes membership literature, promotional items, and business cards. Membership is encouraged to provide the Chamber with current marketing material.
Marketing: Chamber offers on-line listings of companies and community links, membership directory, event sponsorships, Chamber mailings, discounts to members, direct mail, newsletters, and contacts in media services. Your company or organization is accessible to visitors, new residents, realtors, town officials, members, and professional offices.
Programs/Seminars: A wide-range of informative and educational topics is covered at webinars, breakfast, lunch, or evening meetings. These no/low cost programs create an opportunity to network and offer event sponsorships.
TTCC Non-Profit Status: As a tax status of 501(C) 6, business can expense your membership dues as professional organizational fees, and permit us to apply for tax credit/grant opportunities for our members.
Networking: Meet area business people and develop new contacts by attending new member receptions, grand opening and reopening ribbon cuttings, Business-After-Hours Socials, and Meet and Greet events. Networking time and group tables provided at no cost to members.
Event Displays: Promote your products and business services while networking with other business professionals, non-profit organizations and churches; Sidewalk Sales for retailers; Annual Taste hosting local restaurants/caterers; Art Shows; Golf/Sunfish Boat Race Events: and Grand Opening Celebrations in the community.
Community Development: TTCC is committed to creating viable downtown mixed use development, to enhance business and provide an attractive downtown housing and pedestrian friendly live-work-play environment.
